Like other U.S. companies falling under OSHA jurisdiction, EHS and Sustainability leaders must complete the Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses (Form 300) and a summary (Form 300A), and then post the documents visibly at all business sites. These forms are important for employee awareness and safety, though entail a lengthy process, especially for large companies with numerous locations.

The company needed to record and post 3,700 logs to comply with the OSHA standard. Now, most administrators will manually generate the 300 and 300A forms. The good news for this company as Gensuite subscribers is that their team already capitalizes on the time savings inherent to a digital recordkeeping system – Gensuite’s Incidents & Measurements application – which make incident recording and analytics a relatively lean process.
