Gensuite Signs Over 20 New Customers in 2019 – Strengthening its Portfolio Diversity

CINCINNATI, Ohio – Gensuite, cloud-based compliance and management systems software solutions provider, is pleased to announce a significant expansion in its subscriber group, having signed over twenty new subscribers in the first half of 2019. The addition of these new subscribers expands on the number and diversity of the Gensuite customer portfolio, reflecting the cross-industry versatility and broad applicability for its best practices-based, cloud software applications for EHS & Sustainability, Quality, Product Stewardship, Supplier Relationship, Security Program and Regulated Asset/Equipment Management functions.

Gensuite’s recent growth is supported by the addition of new clients, some of which include Sundial, Wayfair, Caldic BV, Haemonetics, Ball Metalpack, and Johnson Centrifugal. In the manufacturing space, Gensuite welcomed Encore Wire and Continental Building Products. National Instruments served as a truly global deployment in Q2 2019. Over the past few years, Gensuite has focused on expanding their global footprint. Gensuite’s dedicated team for Malaysia was key in supporting National Instruments as they implemented new applications into programs at sites in Malaysia and Hungary.

Gensuite continued to strengthen its presence in the energy and renewables industry with the additions of Lucid Energy, Envision, Huntsville Utilities, and ReNew Power. Since inception, Gensuite has focused heavily on quality and expertise in all application focus areas in order to meet evolving customer needs. Anurag Jain, Vice President of Quality, EHS & Business Excellence at ReNew Power, observed that not only are the robust analytics and reporting of Gensuite applications a huge advantage for them, but also shared, “Gensuite’s ability to understand our issues so in-depth and to deliver tailored solutions during implementation is definitely what sets them apart.”

Gensuite welcomed more companies in aviation and aerospace with the additions of Ducommon for its enterprise solutions suite and a U.S.-based Rolls Royce site for CFC/Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) compliance management. “Adding Rolls Royce as a subscriber is extremely exciting for us. They are our first subscriber to deploy our new ODS Sentinel application, which was upgraded in 2019 to meet US EPA’s updated regulation” said Susan Boone, Director of New Subscriber Development at Gensuite.

Gensuite is currently on pace for another record-breaking year, following their January announcement of surpassing one million active users and 57 percent internal team growth, spanning 11 global offices across eight countries. Founder & CEO, R Mukund, recently shared his personal reflection on the Gensuite initiatives helping lead this charge for 2019. Read more from R.
