Gensuite’s Maintenance Manager is a quick-to-launch preventative maintenance tracking solution with a simple and Mobile-ready Work Order tracking system. The Gensuite leadership team worked with various Gensuite subscribers in the community and identified a key need for an application that would bring site’s EHS, Quality, and Maintenance teams together. Those discussions were fundamental to the development of an integrated maintenance solution with advanced productivity features for maintenance staff including actionable emails; visibility tools for maintenance & operations management; integration options for EHS leaders for safety & permit-critical maintenance needs; and economical for one site or multiple sites. Unlike traditional maintenance software, Maintenance Manager integrates Equipment Management, Inspection Completions, and Work Orders into one seamless platform for increased visibility to on-going activities.
Three deployment options for Maintenance Manager enable Gensuite subscribers to match their facilities’ maintenance needs through our digital solution-
• The first deployment option enables users to establish a digital maintenance program with Mobile-friendly features that provides users with the ability to quickly and easily create, assign, schedule, and track preventative and recurring maintenance actions to completion. Users can assign, manage, track, and close work orders on-site in real-time, and schedule important maintenance reminders with input tracking logs. Integrated with Gensuite’s EZ Scan functionality, Maintenance Manager enables quick access via QR Codes to equipment, buildings, work stations, and more. Through this QR Code technology, users will receive updates on maintenance requests, maintenance status updates, and important product information including Safety Data Sheets.
• The second deployment option enables users to combine Maintenance Manager with the Gensuite Equipment Tracker and Work Order Inspector to form a full package maintenance system, including an equipment repository, inventory tracking, and flexible checklist features where users can create and attach maintenance requests.
• The third deployment solution enables sites who already have a dedicated maintenance management system to use Gensuite Maintenance Manager as an extension for management of Safety Critical and Permit Required maintenance activities, which are often the responsibility of EHS and not Maintenance or Operations.
Maintenance Manager will soon be moving into the predictive analytics landscape to allow forecasting of common activities on recurring actions – a maintenance solution that could become a function-specific extension, without the overhead of additional ‘seat licenses’ or intense training/data migration into a complex system. The feature will automatically assign maintenance requests and provide in-sight to upcoming maintenance activities associated with any piece of equipment taken out of operation for maintenance.
