CINCINNATI, Ohio – In September, Gensuite, cloud-based compliance and management systems software solutions provider, donated $800 for St.Jude Research Hospital, through fundraising for the Cincinnati sponsored 5K race to end childhood cancer. Gensuite’s team members came together to raise donations that contributed to over $82,000 raised in the region.
“St. Jude is such a great organization, we were happy to surpass our fundraising goal and raise $800 as a team. It’s good to know Gensuite made a difference in a family’s life,” said Lori Stephan, Lead Business Process Specialist.
St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. According to their website, “ St. Jude Research Hospital’s mission is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay. St. Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands of more children. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.”
