Gensuite implemented the service in late June 2015 on its advanced cloud server platform used by all Gensuite subscribers, now numbering 85+ companies, an increase of 845% since launch in 2010. The new 24/7 monitored service capability underlines Gensuite’s commitment to its service-level agreements (SLAs) for up-time, support, and issue resolution. Gensuite has met or exceeded its quarterly SLA performance measures in every quarter for every subscriber since inception of services in 2010; the new 24/7 service capability enhances the company’s ability to respond even more rapidly to upset conditions and system issues, including server hardware/software impairment scenarios.
CEO and Founder, R. Mukund noted, “We are thrilled that with five years of providing commercial services and nearing the 100 subscribing companies scale, we are now able to enhance our services for our subscribers.” The new 24/7 monitored service establishes a Gensuite Operations Center (modeled on a Network Operations Center or NOC) that is continuously staffed to provide faster alerting, escalation and resolution. “We made a serious commitment to make user applications available and working exactly as promised to our customers as much as possible,” states Mukund. “We are proud that we have consistently met our uptime and responsiveness SLAs for all our customers – now they can be further assured we will meet or exceed them with our new Gensuite Operations Center.”
Gensuite plans to complement this service to establish an around-the-clock 800 number for use by its customers in the event of an emergency, and 24/7 support services as the number of Gensuite subscribers grows further.
