2016 Gensuite Conference, attendees revved their engines, eager to learn and share about how to implement Gensuite LLC’s best-in-class Compliance & Risk Management software. This year, the event was held in Indianapolis, Indiana, home of the Indy 500, and had over 225 members in attendance. Gensuite also hosted the most guest speakers that the conference has ever seen, with 53 speakers from a variety of different backgrounds.
Conference attendees were introduced to Gensuite’s latest technologies: Audit Assistant, EZScan, and mobile option Gensuite On-The-Go to name a few. In terms of innovation, Gensuite has its eye on the prize in providing customers with top-gear technology as the company moves into the future.
To showcase one of Gensuite’s newest applications in an interactive way, attendees participated in the Amazing Audit activity, based off of popular television series “The Amazing Race.” This was an activity where customers were given objectives to use Gensuite’s Audit Assistant, an application that enables users to record observations with ease. Teams of Gensuite users worked with one another to complete tasks, together exploring one of Gensuite’s latest products.
“If you want to contribute to the next Gensuite innovation waves, learn about the latest updates and enhancements, and how you can get involved, then you need to attend the Gensuite Conference!”.
To help customers understand how to implement Gensuite’s software, this year’s conference featured Match, Learn, and Launch & Explore and Innovate sessions, which gave real-life examples of how Gensuite can be applied in different operational settings. Both of these sessions received positive feedback, as customers expressed that they enjoyed learning implementation strategies from their fellow peers. This conference, and every Gensuite conference, focuses on making the Gensuite subscriber community a family, helping one another to grow and learn. Sessions such as Match, Learn, and Launch & Explore and Innovate give subscribers the chance to interact with one another in a way where they can grow and learn together.
“There are other people in the industry who are thinking about these applications in a different way than I have been,” said one customer attendee, “you can learn something about your peers and learn about how to use these applications in ways you haven’t thought about before.”
The Gensuite Expo, an exhibition at the conference that showcased applications, was yet another learning opportunity for attendees, as it allowed them easy access to Gensuite applications and tools by having booths available with certified Gensuite experts to share different strategies. This interactive exhibition allowed customers to meet the Gensuite Team that they have been working with personally and customers enjoyed meeting and working with team members face-to-face. “(Gensuite) has never made me feel like a customer, they make me feel like a friend!” said one long-time Gensuite subscriber,
“I talk with them a lot, we have meetings, and I always get a response, I never have to wait. It is an excellent customer service!”
