Follow-On Virtual Conference: Engaging Subscribers and Looking Ahead

Conference Engaging Subscribers

After a successful virtual conference in May, we had a strong customer interest in a second follow-on virtual event. We conducted our highly attended follow-on conference September 22nd-23rd, connecting subscribers and champions for a two-day event full of networking opportunities, virtual learning, and innovation showcases currently in development.

As we shift our focus onto year-end initiatives, we used the conference as an opportunity for subscribers to have a seat at our table – sharing their ideas on what we should place an emphasis on.  Based on what we heard, the conference focused on our users’ experience, leading to an engaging two days with a lot of exciting momentum for where we are headed next.

 Collaboration with Our Covid-19 Workgroup

The main event on day two began with an update on our pandemic risk management tools.  Focusing our efforts this year on creating practical solutions to the real problems in our pandemic constrained world, we’ve remained steadfast in our commitment to collaboration within our community.  Since beginning the Covid-19 workgroup calls in late March, we’ve seen incredible engagement within our community!

Creating Pandemic Risk Management solutions for exposure tracking and contact tracing alongside this community in early April, we’re excited to announce winning the Bronze Stevie® Award in the 2020 International Business Awards for Most Valuable Product.  We share this award with our subscribers and partners who helped build the framework and continue to share their needs for future solutions to keep our workplaces safe, healthy, and thriving.

Product Innovations

Sharing product innovations is what Gensuite conferences are all about.  Day two of the follow-on conference shared many updates and demonstrations of such innovations that subscribers can access.

Customize your My Homepage experience with configurable layouts, like My To-Do, as well as the ability to add your own Instant Insights and integrated features for leadership to default dashboards for specific users.

Analytics

We’ve created a new look and feel that allows permissions-based separation of content, plus a library of 120+ predesigned reports based on those most used across our subscriber base.

Product Stewardship & Responsible Sourcing

Focusing heavily on these solutions this year, our tools are addressing product compliance for REACH, Prop65, & EU SCIP Reporting, as well as supply chain obligations like conflict minerals & modern slavery, and sustainability objectives.

Compliance Technology Solutions

As part of ongoing efforts to connect subscribers and enhance collaboration, compliance technology solutions have been a primary focus of product development, enabling solutions for remote connection, growth and development, as well as exploring technologies for artificial intelligence.

Mobile, Genny, & U Connect

Genny the virtual assistant is becoming more interactive, suggesting potential commands and connected to 8 applications with 80+ commands and growing.  U Connect, the in-app collaboration and remote engagement solution is now fully integrated on Desktop and Mobile, with multiple use cases identified by our 42 pilot subscribers, such as remote inspections, audits, equipment maintenance, and more.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Leveraging state -of-the-art technologies, we’re developing a pSIF advisor to automatically identify potentially serious injuries and fatalities (pSIFs) and high-risk operational activity trends to reduce workplace risks.  Development is also progressing in a ChemRisk advisor to identify, track, and manage emerging risks associated with products & chemical constituents.

Compliance Training & My LMS

Just released in July, the new My LMS application offers advanced learning content solutions with capabilities to author your own unique content, load previously purchased content into the application, or leverage an extensive library of partner content, including full-length, micro-learning, multi-lingual, adaptive learning, and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality-enabled courses!

Implementation & On-Going Success

Wrapping up the two-day event with solutions for on-going success, we shared our new implementation playbooks for module deployment.  These application specific guides expand beyond configuration and setup, focusing on maximizing and sustaining engagement for users to get the most out of their benchmark digital solutions.  Join us for our upcoming Implementation Summit on November 17th & 18th to learn how you can transform the way your organization interacts with your digital solution.
