Mark Stoler, who recently held the position as Director of EHS Management for AECOM Environment, also served as the Director of EHS Operations for General Electric (GE), from 1999 to 2012. At GE, he was responsible for managing their global EHS program and was a part of the development team for their ecomagination initiative.
From 1982 to 1999, Mr. Stoler held a number of different positions with W.R. Grace & Co, including Chief EHS Counsel, Director of Remediation and Director EHS. At Grace, he initiated the company’s EHS audit program and handled significant environmental liability issues, including those that were the subject of the book and movie, A Civil Action. From 1975 to 1982, he worked in several government related environmental roles, including as a consultant to the National Commission on Air Quality and for USEPA’s Superfund Office.
Mr. Stoler attended Boston College Law School.
